HR Basics for Non-HR Professionals is designed for those individuals that have HR responsibility but don't necessarily have the time to learn every HR discipline or sort through every state and federal employment law. It's paramount in today's workplace that supervisors have a basic understanding of key human resource skills and a working knowledge of the most important regulations that govern the employment relationship.
