Sexual harassment occurs in an employment setting when harassment is of a sexual nature. Two components must be present to constitute sexual harassment: the behavior must be unwelcome, the behavior must be of a sexual nature.
This program will take your supervisors through the basics of sexual harassment - what it is and what it isn't, the importance of training and awareness, how to investigate and resolve a charge of harassment, and the appropriate disciplinary steps to take if harassment has occurred.
